compost cam is here!




i finally got my "compost camera" setup. it's actually a thermometer cam. my kids told me..."just think, there are kids in ethiopia that don't know their compost temperature."

the temperature may not currently be that high, but when i first installed it, the temperature went up to 132 degrees fahrenheit! we then got this really strong wind that lasted most of the day, and it cooled/dried up the pile to a frigid 70 degrees.

i need to turn it again, but i'm going to wait till saturday.
